If you are having trouble accessing the Remote Desktop service, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1.
You do not remember your access password. In that case, you can request a new one from here.
2.
You remember your access credentials but, when trying to connect to the service, it does not recognise your password correctly
It may be due to your user not being correctly synchronized on the server. Logging in to this User Portal should solve the problem. You can do it from the login form .
3.
You access the service with a user account linked to the domain to which the server belongs. In that case, remember that you must log in using your domain user credentials.
